Salon Policy



If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment. However, this is not always possible and service time may be reduced to avoid delays for other customers. Despite a shortened treatment, latecomers will still be charged at full value.

Appointments missed by 10 minutes or more that we are unable to accommodate will be charged 100% full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured, but only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day and other customers are not inconvenienced.



Customers who book appointments and give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation will be given 100% credit at JUJU’s Beauty Salon. We do not provide refunds for cancelled/no show appointments. Last minute changes to appointments will be honoured only if the service time is available and other customers are not inconvenienced.

All service sales, retail sales and gift vouchers sales are final, with no refunds.



JUJU’s requires a deposit for eyelash extensions and massages. As per our cancellation policy, we also require that you arrive punctually for your appointment and we do require at least a 24 hour cancellation period. If you don’t cancel your appointment within this 24-hour window we will charge you the amount of your treatment. The deposit will be redeemable on the day of your treatment.



JUJU’s Beauty Salon Camden accepts Cash, MasterCard and Visa as payment.



Please notify us before your treatment if you have high blood pressure, health concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant. All of our customers will be asked to complete a consultation form before each appointment. This has been designed with your well-being in mind.



Children are invited to have certain types of treatments with us as long as they are accompanied by an adult. For more information about available treatments, please check our menu or speak to one of our beauty consultants as treatments may be subject to change.



Gift vouchers can be purchased at the salon and are available for all beauty treatments (but not retail products). Gift vouchers are not redeemable if lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers will expire six months after the purchase date. Gift voucher sales are final, with no refunds, and cannot be exchanged for cash/card.



JUJU’s has a loyalty card scheme. This loyalty scheme is for treatments only and excludes sunbed and product purchases.

Please bring in a loyalty card every time you have a treatment to get a stamp. JUJU’s Beauty does not stamp previous appointments. JUJU’s is not responsible if you forget to collect a stamp.



At JUJU’s Beauty Salon we are constantly expanding our services. Although we make every effort to keep our website and treatment menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.



All clients must provide requested details (name, email address, phone number, patch test history, age) before undergoing any of our treatments. This is for your protection as well as ours. These details can be provided online or in person at any one of our stores or concessions. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details on how we manage the data that you supply us with.

Please note that for specific treatments (tinting, LVL lash lift) you must have had a patch test with JUJU’s Beauty at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Otherwise we may refuse to conduct your treatment.



We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying customers in our treatment rooms unless accompanying a child. Therefore, all visitors must wait in our comfortable and relaxing reception area.



We strive to exceed our customers’ needs. We believe that advising our customers of the products/treatments best suited for them is as essential as the service we perform. Therefore, our customers’ right to know policy advises each customer on the products and techniques best suited for the customer to maximise the benefits of their service.



Wherever possible, we will ensure that if you have requested a particular therapist for your treatment, that therapist will be available. However, there may be instances beyond our control when we will be unable to fulfil this request (e.g due to illness).

While we will make every effort to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee a specific therapist or gender. All therapists are trained in both treatment and draping protocols to ensure your comfort at all times.
